Make ‘Hard, Smart Work’ Your Competitive Advantage

You may not be the smartest or most charismatic person in your field or at the office – and you are not likely to have much control over those. However, what you do have control over, is how hard you work towards achieving your goals.

Lofty, random goals with no timelines, are doomed from the outset. Start setting specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time-bound (SMART) goals, and work as diligently as you possibly can towards achieving these.

Apply this principle to your work and personal endeavors, and you will never be disappointed.
